Plan Your Party
Step 1: Invite Your Guests
Contact your guests by phone or in person 10 days prior to your party. Then send out invitations and add “and guest” to each one.
Friends, relatives, neighbors, coworkers, church, daycare, school and sports activities, clubs and organizations are all terrific sources for potential guests!
Step 2: Network with local businesses.
Contact Car dealerships and/or motorcycle dealers to see if they want to have a car on display. Harley Davison has a specific program for these types of parties.
Step 3: Prepare for the Party
You will use your garage as a show room. Plan to provide seating for your guests in your kitchen, living room, or garage for them to be comfortable. If you are not hosting the party in the garage everyone will recede to the garage to see your showroom. Also, plan a prep area in the kitchen to provide food and beverages for your guests.
